The client is a well established market entity with an award winning team and ethos. The client has experienced tremendous growth in the last 2 years and is now in a position to welcome a professional Contracts Administrator to the team with a view to growth and progression within the role.
The role of Contracts Administrator is a varied role which is responsible for the administration of contractual SLAs and customer service. The roles purpose is to ensure the business in meeting certain standards and striving to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. You will build rapport with key business clients and deliver the best possible experience at first point of contact. As this role progresses, you will have the opportunity to meet clients face to face and be involved in strategic development.
The right person for this role will be a strong, confident communicator with a demonstrable industry administration skill set. The right candidate will be driven, have strong IT skills and be someone who is comfortable working to deadlines and in a dynamic environment. Desirable criteria - experience within a manufacturing environment
