Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a contemporary Industry Client for an experienced Contracts Administrator in Mallusk; Part Time temporary; potentially permanent.

The Client

This dynamic Industry Client have have a new requirement within their Business Support capacity which has opened up a temporary opportunity to support with their day to day client management which may lead to extension / permanent opportunities. The successful candidate would operate on a 3-day week basis. (Office hours 8.30am -5pm)

The Role

* Liaise with contractors & clients in accordance to tiered jobs/tasks

* Oversee and analyse pricing & invoice details for billing purposes

* Collaborate with Logistics Manager to assist in mapping for contractors/ engineers

* Maintaining and uploading information to in-house systems

* General filing and administration of paper based/hard copy documents

* Any other adhoc duties required to support the everyday running of the operation

The Person

Essential Criteria:

* 5 GCSE's including Maths & English Grade C & above

* Previous exposure to inhouse database packages

* Reception/ Service Desk Administration experience

* Demonstrate previous experience in a similar service role

* Previous experience in a busy office environment

* Competent IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook and Excel


Hourly rate of £10 per hour
