Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a leading Event Management provider who are currently hiring for a Customer Services Manager (Belfast). The client has a fantastic reputation being a leader in their field. They boast a great success story of continued and impressive growth and they are a household name managing and hosting events for all ages and backgrounds. The client is now seeking an experienced and competent Customer Services Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents whilst supporting business improvement through a targeted approach and desire to enhance overall customer service levels. You will assist the Commercial Manager with ensuring the overall ticketing and event management is operating to best possible levels of service. You will do this through continued analysis of feedback and review of the service experience. You will support the overall customer experience through communication via all channels within your department. You will provide recommendations for business development to senior management whilst supporting the wider business by operating within budgets and KPIs.

The role is permanent, Full time. Working hours are predominately Mon- Fri however there is a requirement to be flexible over evenings and weekends. (Typically, 1 weekend per month and up to 2 evenings per week, all of which form part of your contracted working week).

The Person

The successful applicant will have at least 3 years experience within a management position where the main and predominant focus is Customer Service. You will have held a position where you were responsible for managing and developing a team whilst managing financial budgetary control. You will additionally be familiar working to KPIs. You will have the ability to successfully communicate cross function and possess fantastic time management skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual who has great personable skills looking for a new challenge within an established and reputable business.

It is highy desirable if you are coming with leadership qualification, experience in the entertainement specifically, concert venue or theatre and /or a customer service accreditation.
