Honeycomb is assisting our client, an innovative Multi-national IT Business during a period of expansion, with the recruitment of a Facilities Assistant. This is a temporary and full time position.

The Northern Ireland Office is a flexible business base in the Heart of Belfast. It provides a comfortable environment for the brightest leaders in in their sector to excel with access to a safe and clean working space, conference room functions, break out facilities and on-site parking.
The role of the Facilities Assistant is to deliver safety and security with a customer focus to the business in relation to the above. The Facilities Assistant is required to liaise with suppliers, carry out routine inspections, prioritise repairs, and facilitate departmental and employee moves.
Areas of responsibility will include:
* Repair Co-ordination
* Facilities Management
* Vendor Management
* Service Delivery

* Field experience with Trade School Training;
* Strong MS Office and relevant software experience;
* Exposure to JIRA ticketing System;
* Ability to work independently;
* Experience of working multi-service Corporate Office environment.
Hourly rate of £12-£17
