Honeycomb is pleased to be recruiting for a Personal Assistant for a fantastic business with a multi-site presence. The client is an exclusive and highly successful organisation which specialises in property. The business is seeking a Personal Assistant to aid the Directors of the business in the effective running of their personal affairs.
The role of Personal Assistant is a highly interesting and varied position which offers autonomy. This role will involve working from home 2-3 days per week whilst working in office on the other days. This role will include booking travel, managing assets, event management/coordination and general administrative support. The role of PA will include elements of travel, including UK and EU on a sporadic basis. This is a highly confidential role which requires someone to act with sensitivity at all times. You will also be responsible for organising insurance and personal fleet.
The right person for this role will be a professional PA with a minimum of 5 years experience. Experience of managing personal affairs as opposed to business is essential. Whilst all backgrounds will be initially considered from a PA capacity, the desirable criteria for this role will include experience gained from the property sector.*
The package for this role is a highly competitive salary, working arrangements and the full, wider package can be discussed upon first interview. Working hours of 9-5 apply with an element of flexibility expected upon occasion.
