Honeycomb is partnering with a prestigious Professional Services firm to recruit for an Administrator to join their high performing Facilities department. The role is full time and permanent, working a 37.5 hour weekly shift, Monday - Friday, on a rotational basis covering the hours 8am - 6pm. The role comes with excellent opportunity for growth and development and would suit someone with at least one year's administration experience who is looking to carve out a career in a large corporate.

The Role
The role of Administrator sits within the Facilities Management division and covers the areas of couriers, post and general facilities administration.
Typical duties will include:
Post
- Ensuring accurate recording and processing of all daily post
- Opening, sorting, scanning in and distributing post via email and physically throughout the building
- Working closely with the Print Room who will scan large volume items to central contacts in each Department
- Liaise daily with central contacts providing guidance and support on post and courier requests, particularly to those working remotely
- Play an active role in creating a more digitised post service that supports a Hybrid Working Model
- Responsible for delivery and collections of internal and outgoing post at regular intervals
- Maintaining records of daily volumes of incoming / outgoing post
- Applying a continuous improvement approach and supporting ad hoc projects as they arise
Couriers
- Ensuring accurate recording and processing of all daily incoming and outgoing couriers to allow traceability of all items
- Responsive to all requests received to the Group Mailbox
- Prioritising requests to ensure all deadlines are met
Essential Criteria
- You have previous experience of at least one year working in a large office environment
- You are dependable and flexible and have the ability to work in a busy team and shift environment (8:00am to 6:00pm)
