Honeycomb are delighted to be partnering with a charitable organisation in the recruitment of a full time Area Fundraising Manager within the Charity sector across NI, at £30,000 - £32,000.

This a charity who have been supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities to find and sustain employment throughout Northern Ireland for over 30 years!

Some main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for delivering and growing fundraising events across Northern Ireland
- Achieve agreed fundraising and activity targets
- Identify and secure income to deliver on local projects, working in collaboration with colleagues across the nation
- Deliver community and event fundraising activities and relationship management across the nation
- Proactively generate new leads and relationships across Northern Ireland
- Build excellent support relationships, creating long term sources of income
- Working closely with the services across NI to support in raising funds
- Support the activities of the wider community team, assisting with the local activities in the children's centres
What will you need to bring:
- Full clean driving licence and access to car for travel requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role i.e. community fundraising background
- Event management experience
- Excellent people skills, ability to be personable, approachable and friendly
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience working to targets, KPI's
- Strong relationship management skills, networking experience
- Can do attitude, keen to help others and put the service user first
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload
- Awareness of issues facing individuals with learning difficulties
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role
