Honeycomb are delighted to be working with a leading NI bank to recruit temporary administrators to join them for two months until the end of the year, with a possible extension.
These roles will be working a 35 hour week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and the hourly rate is £12.09.
The Role
As a Banking Support Administrator, you will play a key role in performing processing and administrative activities. Duties include
- Completing processing and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Liaising with internal/external customers via written and telephone communication
- Work at all times in the interests of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues
- Carry out any other administrative duties as required, such as filing, maintenance of records, mail, basic maintenance of systems and equipment etc.
The Person
- Experience of working with IT systems, demonstrating understanding of Microsoft packages
- Good planning and organising skills with ability to work to multiple tight deadlines
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Prior Banking or Financial Services experience
- Prior experience in an administrative, office based role
