Customer Care Representative – Banking (Temporary ongoing )

Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a renowned banking institution in Northern Ireland to recruit multiple Customer Care Representatives. These full-time, temporary roles offer hybrid working once initial training is completed.

About the Role:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service through telephone interactions. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service over the phone.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs, providing appropriate guidance and signposting to relevant banking products.
• Maintain strict compliance with GDPR and data security policies to safeguard customer information.
• Adhere to daily schedules and meet performance targets effectively.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

Who We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria:

• Strong customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record management.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A team player who collaborates well with colleagues and supports a positive work environment.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience within banking or financial services.
• Confidence in managing customer and third-party communications via phone.
