The Role

The Customer Service Administrator will work within a team to support the sales support function for the business.

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing updates on orders, and handling any questions in a professional and informative manner.
  • Inputting orders, and confirming all order details with the customer, displaying strong attention to detail to ready for distribution.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logging calls on customer accounts
  • Collating weekly sales reports
  • Ensuring deadlines are met by working within agreed time lines
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to customers.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You will have previous experience acting as a point of contact for customers, corresponding in an efficient and effective manner. The ideal candidate will be confident navigating IT systems and have confidence working with numerical data. The successful candidate will thrive working in a diverse role, work efficiently, and manage their workload in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility in adapting to various tasks are essential for this role.

The Benefits
