Honeycomb is assisting a Global Professional Services firm to recruit for a Finance Administrator to join their high performing Banking & Accounts division. The role is full time & permanent and offers hybrid working.
The Client
A Global Professional Services firm, known for being a true leader in their field. They have a large corporate office in Dublin city and offer hybrid working and ongoing training & development.
The Role
Working into the Banking & Accounts Team Leader you will be responsible for carrying out a range of finance administration duties, including:
- Processing employee expenses
- Managing volume discounts and rate cards
- Conducting daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
- Processing daily cash receipts
- Liaising with partners and colleagues regarding general financial queries
- Providing excellent customer service to both external and internal clients
- Reconciling withholding tax receipts
- Providing cover for other members of the Finance team
- Supporting other ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time
Essential Criteria
- 1-2 years account payable / banking experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player who can work quickly and accurately under time pressure
- Focused and organised
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
