Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with a charitable organisation based in Belfast, in the recruitment of a permanent, full time HR Administration to join their team, £24,500 - £26,000.

What would a typical day look like for you?
This is a key position within the existing HR team, if you are proactive, passionate and eager to be a strong team player within this busy role, this post is perfect for you. Some main responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the HR team, complying with the Data Protection Act/GDPR
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process inc. shortlisting, interviews, selection through to appointment, completing the necessary documentation and pre-employment checks
- Supporting the HR team to ensure smooth implementation of the Absence Management policy and procedures across the organisation
- Ongoing administrative support within the HR function, ensuring data is inputted to the HR database and reports are run from the system as required
- Complying with Health & Safety, identifying any risk, reporting to line manager - ensuring equipment used is stored and maintained in accordance with H&S regulations
- Actively contributing as a team member
- Completing all tasks within allocated deadlines
About You:
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
- Working knowledge within a HR department
- Strong administration skills, 6 months minimum
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages inc. Excel and Outlook
- IT Literate, ability to learn new systems
- High understanding of confidentiality and attention to detail, inputting accurate information in line with policies
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Organised, able to prioritise work, achieve deadlines and manage time well
- Full driving licence required with access to vehicle
