This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing organisation based in Belfast. The role is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary and hybrid working.

The HR Administrator will play a vital role within a busy HR team, providing essential administrative support for day-to-day operations. You will assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and help to organise staff training sessions. Additionally, you'll manage employee records, respond to HR queries, and collaborate closely with managers throughout the business.

The right person for the role will be an organised, proactive individual with strong administrative skills who is eager to advance their career in HR. The ideal candidate will be an excellent multitasker, able to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

In return, the role offers a competitive salary of £26,000- £27,0000, along with a range of additional benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based in Belfast. There is free on-site parking and the ability to work from home 2 days per week. This is a permanent, full-time position with an exciting opportunity for professional growth.
