Legal Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with an established Legal firm in Belfast in the search for a Legal Administrator to join their busy Belfast office.

Your Package/Benefits

• Competitive base salary - £24,000 (Reviewed after 6-month probationary period)

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience working as a Legal administrator/Paralegal (desired)
• Hold strong administration skills
• Must have a can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming telephone calls
• Handle and distribute incoming mail
• Schedule and coordinate doctors' appointments
• Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks
• Update and maintain data in our Case Management software (experience with Insight is a plus)
• Perform photocopying and document preparation
• Compile court bundles and related documentation
