Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading Corporate and Commercial Law firms to recruit a Corporate Legal Secretary for their busy and growing Tax department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Dublin firm with a strong culture and supportive team environment.

The Client

Our client is a well-known and respected law firm in the Irish market, based in Dublin city centre. They promote a fantastic culture with a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing, supported by an onsite gym, committees, and regular social events.

The Role

The Corporate Legal Secretary will support a team of Partners and fee earners within the Corporate and Tax departments. The role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and delivers a high standard of administrative and secretarial support.

Typical duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
  • Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and general scheduling
  • Liaising with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining files, managing documentation, and supporting the billing process
  • General administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and database updates

Essential Criteria

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary (Corporate/Commercial/Tax experience advantageous)
  • Strong document production and MS Office skills
  • Experience with case management and billing systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
