Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a People and Events Administrator for an exceptional client, based in Newtownabbey. The client is an industry leading manufacturing business, known globally for their innovative, high-value products. The role of People and Events Administrator is the ideal position for a confident and experienced people person, who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role within the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple cultural activities and events, collating reports based on engagement metrics, conduct employee surveys and acquire feedback on employee well being, and implement engaging community and education programmes. In addition, you will work closely with senior management to support with induction programmes. The right person for this role will have experience gained within a similar role and have demonstrable people skills and an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft packages and an excellent ability to organise. L&D experience would be advantageous for this role, but not essential. In addition, the right person for this role will be required, on occasions, to travel to different sites within NI. The package for this role includes an attractive salary of £27000-£29000, dependant on experience, and a hybrid working model. Full benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
