Honeycomb are delighted to partner with one of the top Law firms in Ireland to recruit for a Personal Assistant to support the Projects & Construction team. The Role

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department, who is also Chairman of the firm. The role will involve a range of high-level duties, and would be best suited to an experienced PA who works into top tier level and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is varied and compelling and is a trusted position working into Senior level.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Managing emails, calendars, meetings, and events.
  • Optimise executive schedules.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including client reports and travel packs.
  • Prepare business development materials for client meetings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee monthly billing, time allocation, and invoice preparation.
  • Manage expense submissions accurately and on time.
  • Use Microsoft Office to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Provide support to other PAs in the practice group and handle ad hoc duties as needed.

Essential criteria

  • Extensive experience supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised.
  • Proactive problem-solver.
  • Flexible and collaborative, willing to assist others as needed.
  • Driven to continuously improve and develop professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, improving performance and communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
