Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with one of Irelands leading suppliers of medical devices to recruit for a Purchasing Administrator to join their procurement team at their site in West Dublin Dublin. This role is initially for 6 months but due to massive growth across Ireland and UK, the role may lead to a permanent position.
The Client
The client is a leading supplier within the private/public health sector. In addition to supplying market leading technologies and solutions, they also offer technical and clinical support to their customers. With over 150 employees, they intend to grow massively over the coming years and can offer progression and security to the successful candidate.
The Role
- Manage purchase sales orders, including tracking of delivery up until receipt
- Inputting data onto their in-house system to track delivery
- Work with the Buyer and Procurement Manager to ensure smooth process
The Person
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Have a can-do attitude
- Good communication skills as well as being efficient
- Be able to work within a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and great organisational skills
