Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, an established business, to recruit for a Sales Support Administrator, to join their team in Newry, on a 12-month, fixed term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, that is experiencing continual growth in an exciting industry.

The Sales Support Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support with sales related processes, including order processing, maintaining customer accounts and paperwork, and upholding effective communication with various stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Duties of this role include:

  • Act as a main point of contact for clients generating quotations, answering general queries, processing orders, and providing updates on delivery times/schedules.
  • Working closely with the dispatch team to coordinate orders and relay information.
  • Maintaining customer account details, tracking orders, and updating stock lists.
  • Use of the MS suite, notably Excel for high level data entry and producing reports.
  • High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.

The Right Person for this role will ideally have previous experience working in a similar position, ideally within sales support or customer service. You will be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role and the ability to work autonomously.

The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £27000 - £30000, dependant on experience, with Monday-Friday working hours, an early finish every Friday, and on-site parking available.
