Honeycomb is partnering with an independent Financial Services company based in Dundrum, South Dublin, to recruit for a Senior Life and Pension Administrator to join their growing and dynamic Wealth Management team. The role is full time and permanent.

The Client

Our client is a well-established, third generation general insurance and financial planning broker firm with a strong market presence in the areas of wealth management, pensions, investments, employee benefits and mortgage advisory services to private individuals and commercial clients in Ireland.

The Role

The successful candidate will sit within the corporate team and will conduct a range of life & pension administration duties, to include:

  • Provide a high standard of administrative support to the management team.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with pension, investment, and protection policies.
  • Oversee the processing of new business applications in pensions, investments, and life assurance.
  • Work with the Pensions and Compliance Manager to ensure all investment related information provided to clients is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist management with work flow and service delivery to ensure high standards of client service.
  • Provide support to consultants during meetings and assist the Line Manager and Director.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their applications.
  • Fulfil all compliance obligations on new business cases.
  • Work on ad-hoc business development projects as required in both Dublin and Drogheda offices.

Criteria

  • QFA with 3 to 5 years Life & Pension administration experience.
  • At least 18 months experience working in Brokerage.
  • Willingness to develop technical knowledge and skills and desire to undertake appropriate study.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative.

Salary and Benefits

  • €45000 - €52000
  • 23 days annual leave
