Honeycomb is pleased to partner with our valued client to appoint a Service Administrator to join their team based in Craigavon. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation that continues to grow within a dynamic and evolving sector.

The Service Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for providing a main point of contact for in-house engineers and clients, scheduling work orders and assisting with day-to-day operations. Duties of this role include:

  • Act as first point of contact for clients, understanding requests raised and assigning appropriately to in-house engineers.
  • Providing the main point of contact for engineers, providing clarity on works raised and scheduling in advance.
  • Ensuring all essential documentation is assigned accordingly to work orders raised, regularly updated customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compile performance reports for internal departments and client review.
  • Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations.
  • High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.

The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar position and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.

The Package for this role includes a salary ranging from £24000- £26000, dependant on experience, with Monday-Thursday working hours, an early finish Friday and on-site parking available.
