Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a leading Event Management provider who are currently hiring for Part Time Customer Service Agents (Belfast). The client has a fantastic reputation being a leader in their field. They boast a great success story of continued and impressive growth and they are a household name managing and hosting events for all ages and backgrounds. The have an exceptional focus on the employee. The client is now seeking experienced and competent Customer Service Agents to join the Sales & Marketing team reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to offer the customers and patrons an exceptional level of service through all channels of communication in promoting the business. The role provides administrative support for the delivery of the entertainment and events.

The role is permanent, working 20-24hrs across the week which could include Saturday and Sunday. You need to be flexible for evening work as part of your working rota.

The Person

Educated to GCSE level you will have gained substantial and proven experience within a customer focused related role. You will have held previous responsibility in cash handling. You will have the ability to communicate with many customers successfully and positively in order to benefit both the customer and the wider business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer driven individual who has great personable skills looking for a new challenge within an established and reputable business.
