Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Support Assistant for an exceptional business situated in Antrim. The client has a fantastic reputation, a modern working environment and boasts a large, multi-disciplinary team. Due to continued and impressive growth, the client is now seeking someone to engage with customers and support the sales team in retaining existing customers.
The role of Customer Support Assistant involves liaising with customers and building strong customer relations whilst ensuring the best outcome for both the customer and business. The role is responsible for upholding the company's exceptional reputation and being a brand ambassador. You will utilise Outlook, MS Office Packages and CRM to fulfil this role.
The right person for this role will be a professional individual with demonstrable customer service/admin experience. You will have a minimum of 5GCSEs of grade 'C' and above. Desirable is to have experience gained from a utilities environment.
