The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with Honeycomb, you will be joining an established and highly successful team as we continue to grow the business. While we are delighted to have developed exceptional client relationships across a wide range of sectors, everyone within the business is expected to contribute to business growth - business development and new client acquisition is therefore an important aspect of the role.

Business Develop - engaging with new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to develop the services already provided. This in turn will generate the diverse range of market leading job opportunities that we can offer our candidates

Candidate Sourcing - our differentiator is our ability to find that hidden gem - the exceptional PA, Office Manager or Business Support professional that is not active on the market. To do this, we require recruitment professionals that are proactive in developing their personal networks and are able to use a range of tools and technologies to connect and engage with our potential candidates.

The Person

As the roles are integral to our business growth, we are keen to speak to professionals with a background in Recruitment, Key Account Management, Consulting or Sales.

Essential Criteria

* Educated to Degree (or equivalent) level

* A demonstrable track record of success in delivering sales targets, new client acquisition or key account management

* Strong IT Skills (MS Office) and ability to utilise a range of social media platforms.
