Honeycomb is delighted to assist a legal sector client in Belfast with the recruitment of an immediately available experienced temporary administrator/ audio typist for 6 weeks.
The Client - Highly renowned legal entity with a wide range of business support personnel. Multiple upcoming temporary needs iwht potential extension; whilst this particular role is solely an interim - this introduction would be considered a strong introduction for any secretarial candidates seeking to break into the sector. Hourly rate: £9.20p/h
* General administrative duties i.e. filing, photocopying and audio typing duties.
* To handle telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner and provide appropriate solutions to customer queries
* Deal with commercial emails and process requests as required
* Maintain & update all required records and reports for departments as relevant to the role
* Operation of administrative systems relevant to the role
* Data input duties as and when required.
* Assist Senior Leadership Team throughout wider business support tasks.
* Comply with all relevant internal and legislative policies & procedures
* Carry any other duties as applicable
* Corporate experience in an administrative capacity.
* Excellent communicator
* Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy & efficiency
* Ability to work to deadlines & prioritise workload effectively
* Courteous and helpful attitude
