Honeycomb is pleased to be working alongside one of our key clients, a dynamic and multifaceted organisation, in the recruitment of an Executive Assistant to support the senior team. The business is a renowned within Northern Ireland with the role offering an interesting and fulfilling workload. The business has recently ventured into a period of growth with many engaging projects being launched in the coming months.
The role of Personal Assistant is a integral within the organisation and a high level of confidentiality must be held at all times due to the sensitive nature of the work. Duties to be expected include:
* Fleet management
* Diary management and appointment scheduling
* Coordination and preparation of necessary documents
* Minute taking
* Any other adhoc duties to support the senior team
This highly sought after role offers exposure a unique caseload that will be both fulfilling and stimulating.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive or Personal Assistant with great attention to detail. You will be a motivated, forward thinking individual who works off their own initiative. Prior EA/PA experience is essential for this position and demonstrable, strong communication skills.
The package for this role is up to £30,000, with an interesting working environment and various other benefits which can be discussed upon first interview with Honeycomb.
