The Company:

Our client is a well-established charitable organisation based in Dundonald. They are looking for a part time Admin Assistant to help on a temporary basis, working around 16 hours per week. This would be great for someone currently studying or just looking for part time flexible hours.

The Role:

The Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organisation. This is a part-time role (16 hours per week), ideal for someone seeking flexible working within a purpose-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems

  • Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas and minutes

  • Supporting finance-related administration such as invoicing and expense tracking

  • Assisting with reports, documents, and data entry

  • Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders as required

3. The Person:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
