Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a large Public Sector organisation who are seeking a part-time Administrative Officer to assist with day-to-day operations.
The Role - This is an immediately available post, temporary for 13 weeks with the possibility of extension. 22.75 hours per week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday ( full days), with a base site of Newtownards.
Duties and Responsibilities-
- Administrative duties which included typing of letters, compiling reports and computerised filing.
- Previous experience of using a Management Information System.
- Demonstrative competence in use of Microsoft Office Packages.
- General administration including word processing, audio typying, maintenance of spreadsheets and databases, central and localised filing systems and dealing with general enquiries from the public.
- Processing of financial systems and cash-handling.
- Working across various functions within the team; Consumer protection, food safety and enforcement.
The Person -
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above or equivalent qualification one of which must be GCSE English Language or equivalent.
- At least 1 years' previous work experience gained within the last 5 years in the following areas:
- Customer Service ( internal and/or external customers)
In lieu of qualifications, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years' previous experience gained within the last 5 years in the above areas.
