Honeycomb is delighted to be working with the Regulatory and Quality Improvement Authority to recruit for a Band 3 Admin Support Staff to join their busy team for a temporary contract of 3 months.

The Role

  • Provide crucial administrative support to the RQIA team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage communication channels, including phone lines and email correspondence
  • Coordinate office visits and maintain a professional front-office presence
  • Assist with document preparation and file management
  • Support the Registration Supervisor in various administrative tasks
  • The role is Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Essential Criteria

 

  • 5 GCSE'S including English and Maths OR Equivalent OR A higher qualification OR 18 Months relevant experience
  • Evidence of 1 years' experience working with Microsoft Office or similar.
