Administrator (Immediate Start)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly esteemed, local insurance business, to recruit for an Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a chance to work within a fabulous team and add value. Based in South Belfast, this role requires an immediate start and is perfect for someone who is keen to start work quickly within an established business.

The role of Administrator is focused around efficient and accurate data entry, updating customer claims and generally supporting the administrative process for the Partners/Advisors. You may be required to answer calls and assist with the general running of the office. Strong IT skills are required, however proficiency across MS Word/Excel is sufficient for this position. Full training on internal processes will be offered.

The right person for this role will have some demonstrable administrative experience and present professionally. All administrative backgrounds will be considered.

The package for this role contains an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, with 9-1 working hours, 3 days per week. The days worked are flexible! And can be worked around the successful candidate and needs of the business. The client has an excellent culture and works with their people to facilitate flexibility when possible.
