Honeycomb is delighted to announce we are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator with a market leading business in Northern Ireland, this is on a full time basis. This excellent opportunity allows you to join a booming business in the Greater Belfast Area. This opportunity comes with a hybrid working model and the chance to develop your skills within an excellent business.
Your role of Administrator will involve accurate recording of meetings, agendas and circulation of actions to be closed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring safety systems are updated accurately as well as aligning with company record keeping policies. This role is essential in providing daily support to management and team members, assisting with organising meetings, collating KPI figures and general filing.
For you to excel in this role you should have at least 2 years of administration experience, be proficient with the MS suite including SharePoint as well as previous experience drafting agendas, meeting minutes and arranging meetings. The ideal person comes with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary is dependent on level of experience and can be negotiated. As this is a temporary role the right candidate may have the opportunity for a permanent position. This role comes with a hybrid working model and an early finish on Friday.
