Honeycomb is delighted to announce we are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator (Maternity Cover) with a market leading business in Northern Ireland. This role is based in the Greater Belfast Area with free parking facilities onsite. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a thriving business.
Your role of Administrator will include accurately recording meetings, circulating agendas and ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner. As administrator you will be first point of contact for the team, handling general enquiries from external stakeholders. Accurate record keeping is key; you will be involved with updating digital records as well as filing and scanning documents.
You should possess a minimum of 2 years' administrative experience as well as proficiency with the MS Suite, including SharePoint. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational and communication skills as well as working off your own initiative.
Salary is dependent on level of experience and can be negotiated. With an early finish on Friday and hybrid working model this is an amazing opportunity to join a thriving business in Northern Ireland.
