Honeycomb are pleased to be partnering with Ards Community Hospital to recruit for a Temporary Band 3 Administrative Officer.
- Temporary full time 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
- Weekly Pay

The Role
This temporary Band 3 administrative role involves working alongside a team of Secretaries and Clerical Officers in a fast-paced clinic environment. The successful candidate will support appointment management, document preparation, and reception activities. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and updating patient appointments and clinic diaries.
- Completing general administrative tasks, including typing and document production
- Providing reception cover and assisting with patient and visitor enquiries
- Supporting colleagues within the wider administrative team
The Person
The ideal candidate will be a confident administrator with strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Essential:
- Previous clerical or administrative experience
- Strong organisational and diary-management ability
- Competence in general office duties
Desirable:
- Experience with Encompass or similar systems (training provided)
- Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork skills.
