The Role
The Band 4 ICH Senior Secretary will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's operations at their headquarters in Knockbraken Healthcare Park. This is a temporary position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to senior staff.
- Managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Contributing to the streamlining of HR processes related to agency recruitment.
The Person
The ideal candidate for the Band 4 ICH Senior Secretary role will be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential:
- 5 GCSE's and a minimum of 2 years admin experience OR 3 years admin experience.
- Minute taking
- Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable:
- Experience within the healthcare or public sector.
- Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment coordination.
