The Role
The Band 4 Personal Assistant / Senior Secretary position is a pivotal role within the organisation, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations at Kennedy Way Ambulance Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting key personnel in their daily activities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
The Person
The ideal candidate for the Band 4 Personal Assistant / Senior Secretary role will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism.
Essential:
- 5GCSE's Grads A-C or above and 2 Years admin experience OR 3 Years admin experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to minute/note take at Committee level, meetings etc.
- Ability to delegate, motivate and use initiative
Desirable:
- Experience in a healthcare or public service environment.
- Proficiency in office software and systems.
