The Role

  • Process and manage legacy backlog projects with precision and care
  • Engage in customer and solicitor outreach, providing compassionate communication
  • Efficiently handle spreadsheets, tracking case completions and requirements
  • Work independently and at a fast pace to meet project deadlines
  • Perform case work administration with meticulous attention to detail

The Person

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the financial or legal sector
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Empathetic approach to sensitive situations
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

The Package

This is a temporary ongoing position, based in Dunmurry, paying £12.90 per hour. Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Hybrid working may be available after probation.
