The Role

• Serve as a knowledgeable Banking Customer Advisor, offering expert guidance on financial products and services.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities to meet clients' diverse financial needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.

The Person

• Proven experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in relevant banking software and MS Office applications.

The Package

You'll enjoy a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour. The company offers a stable work schedule, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for an ideal work-life balance. Hybrid working is not available for this role.
