Honeycomb is pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established financial services organisation to recruit a Customer Service Advisor based in Enniskillen. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a trusted company that values its customers, employees, and local community.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role as the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and efficient assistance across a variety of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.

Support customers with account queries, applications, withdrawals, and personal information updates.

Carry out transactions accurately, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.

Work closely with your team to maintain a smooth, professional, and customer-focused branch environment.
About You
You're enthusiastic about delivering great service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in a customer-facing position.

Minimum of 6 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Maths.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable:

Background within financial services or banking would be advantageous.
