The Role
The Business Account Administrator role is crucial in ensuring compliance with customer due diligence requirements and managing AML risks associated with business customers. This position involves proactive case management, supporting team performance, and delivering high levels of customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Customer Due Diligence requirements are fully met and AML risks are managed effectively.
- Reviewing and interpreting customer data to ensure accurate and timely case management.
- Providing support and guidance to team members to enhance overall performance.
- Recording and updating information with a high level of accuracy on company systems.
- Collaborating with the unit manager to implement process improvements and deliver exceptional customer service.
The Person
The ideal candidate for the Business Account Administrator role will have a strong background in compliance and financial services, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Requirements include:
- Experience in a compliance role within banking.
- Practical understanding of enhanced AML risks and business account opening requirements.
- Ability to analyse information and apply logical thinking to problem-solving.
- Strong customer focus and collaborative approach.
- Strong understanding of the different types of business customers and the needs associated.
- Proven ability to coach or mentor team members effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
Package & Benefits
