Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a reputable construction business to recruit for a Commercial Administrator, to join their team in Armagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business working on exciting projects throughout Europe, experiencing continual growth and success

The Commercial Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for working closely with the finance manager, assisting with timesheets, producing revenue reports and preparing invoices. Duties of this role include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the finance team, assisting with queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse timesheets, prepare invoices, review payments, and wider financial support.
  • Use of Microsoft suite, including Excel, to record numerical data and collect weekly/monthly reports.
  • Provide direct support to the finance manager, assisting with ad/hoc duties when required.
  • Act as a main point of contact for engineers and subcontractors, for finance-related queries.
  • High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.

The Right Person for this role will ideally have previous experience working in a similar role, and have full confidence working with numerical data. You will pride yourself on your ability to work in a fast-paced, varied role, and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role and the ability to communicate well with others.

The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £26000- £28000, dependant on experience, with Monday-Friday working hours, an early finish every Friday and on site parking.
