Your new role as Customer Service Administrator will involve working within a team to support customers with any queries they may have, providing the best level of service. You will provide administrative support to the team where required, guaranteeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Strong communication skills and having a customer centric approach are key attributes to succeed. For you to excel you should be proficient with IT systems and the MS suite. Desired criteria are coming from an administrative post with 2 plus years' experience.
This role offers an annual salary of £25,000. With an early finish on Friday and parking on site, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a dynamic business.
