The Role
In this position, you'll play a vital part in ensuring customers receive outstanding support for their savings products. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent service and support across a range of savings-related queries and transactions.
- Accurately processing account openings, closures, and amendments.
- Managing customer correspondence efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Investigating and resolving issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Staying informed about current savings products to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.
The Person
The ideal candidate will bring a customer-focused mindset and experience in a professional, financial, or banking environment. You will also demonstrate:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence using CRM systems and financial software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Awareness of financial regulations and compliance processes (desired).
- Minimum of 6 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths (essential).
