Honeycomb is thrilled to partner with a leading financial institution in the search for a Customer Service Administrator. This highly regarded organisation is renowned for its commitment to excellence and is now seeking a motivated professional to enhance its customer experience function.

The Role

In this position, you'll play a vital part in ensuring customers receive outstanding support for their savings products. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent service and support across a range of savings-related queries and transactions.
  • Accurately processing account openings, closures, and amendments.
  • Managing customer correspondence efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Investigating and resolving issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Staying informed about current savings products to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring a customer-focused mindset and experience in a professional, financial, or banking environment. You will also demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and financial software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Awareness of financial regulations and compliance processes (desired).
  • Minimum of 6 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths (essential).

The Package

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with hybrid working available following the probation period.
