Honeycomb is excited to be supporting a well-established bank in Northern Ireland in the search for a Customer Service Advisor based in Irvinestown. This temporary, ongoing position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected business that places strong emphasis on community and customer care.

Role Overview

In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of the branch, assisting customers with professionalism and warmth while providing guidance on a variety of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class service, ensuring customers feel supported at every step.

• Match customers with the most appropriate banking products and services.

• Promote and encourage the use of online and self-service banking channels.

• Handle transactions with accuracy, always adhering to compliance and internal controls.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a role involving direct customer interaction.

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated, with a positive outlook.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

• Organised and detail-conscious with effective time management.

Desirable:

• Background in banking or financial services would be an advantage.
