Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a respected, long-standing banking group in Northern Ireland to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for its Downpatrick branch. This temporary role is a great chance to join an organisation known for first-class customer care and strong ties to the local community.
The Role
You'll be a key member of the branch front line, welcoming customers, handling queries, and ensuring every interaction is professional and friendly. Day to day, you'll support customers, process transactions, and manage cash securely and accurately.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, responding to enquiries promptly and courteously.

Cashier duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and lodgements, with accuracy.

Follow cash-handling protocols and complete daily reconciliations in line with audit and security requirements.

Promote the bank's products and signpost customers to digital or self-service options where appropriate.

Contribute to a collaborative, positive branch culture.
About You
We're looking for someone detail-focused, confident with cash, and comfortable providing excellent face-to-face service.
Essential

Experience in a customer-facing role.

Proven accuracy and reliability when handling cash transactions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organisation with the ability to manage competing tasks.
Desirable

Background in banking, retail cash handling, or financial services.

Full, clean UK driving licence.
