Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our Construction client to recruit for a Despatch Co-ordinator on a permanent basis, to join their growing team just outside of Enniskillen. The Despatch co-ordinator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for upholding effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly. Duties of this role include:
- Scheduling deliveries and being the first point of contact for drivers.
- To ensure POD (Point of Delivery) documents are collected, scanned and verified.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments within the business, coordinating daily activities.
- Provide a pivotal point of contact for customers of the business, delivering exceptional customer service and handling any issues raised.
- Raising of purchase orders, confirming invoices and attaching order numbers/ relevant documents.
- Use of ERP system to manage transported goods, provide updates on orders and ensure all documents are uploaded and accessible for colleagues within the business.
The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a fast-paced position, where they have displayed an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will pride yourself on your ability to organise documents and possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills are essential for this role.
The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £28000-£30000, dependant on experience, with working hours of 8-5 Mon-Fri, with on-site parking available. Wider benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
