The Role

The Document Administrator will work within the document control team to ensure all document systems and protocols are adhered to and developed.

  • Act as a main point of contact for internal stakeholders, including site teams, senior management, and project teams.
  • Maintain the document control system, ensuring all paperwork is filed accordingly and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure all documents and time lines are updated regularly.
  • General administrative duties including inbox/diary management, and call allocation.

The Person

The right candidate for this role will have previous administrative experience, ideally within the construction industry. You will be an excellent communicator and take pride in your organisational skills. You will thrive working in a fast-paced industry.

The Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £27000-£30000, and working hours are Monday to Friday, with an early finish every Friday. Further details on the package and benefits can be shared upon application.
