Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading organisation in Northern Ireland, to recruit for a Document Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable business known for its excellent service and fantastic working environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining records and reviewing property-related documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal document control system, overseeing work flows, and conduct data analysis to support senior management in decision making.
Other duties of the role include:
- Maintaining the internal document control system, ensuring compliance with policies, and conducting reviews for upkeep of property related documents.
- Managing various internal systems, collaborating with other teams to ensure information is accessible for relevant stakeholders.
- Provide a point of contact for team members, offering training and wider support.
- Use of power BI to conduct data analysis and collate reports to support the business with recommendations toward operational performance and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvements in document management and data analysis processes.
The Person
The right candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years document control experience, or relevant experience in maintaining records and conducting data analysis. Previous Power BI experience is essential for this role, and the ability to navigate the wider MS package, including SharePoint. You will be an excellent communicator and take pride in your organisational skills. Previous construction industry experience is advantageous for this role, however not considered essential.
The Benefits
