Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, a well-established construction company, to recruit a Document Controller on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great chance to join a respected organisation recognised for its high-quality service and excellent working culture.

This Document Controller role provides the opportunity to support significant construction projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across both design and delivery. Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing the internal document management system, setting up folders, managing workflows, and ensuring all procedures and audits are followed.

* Handling various internal platforms, preparing registers and transmittals, and working with wider teams to ensure information is accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

* Delivering essential training to colleagues and subcontractors on system use and document structures.

* Partnering with site teams to monitor deliverables, submissions, and approvals.

* Supporting ongoing improvements in document control and data analysis processes.

The Person

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years' experience in document control or relevant experience managing records within the construction sector. You should be confident using the wider Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Strong communication skills and excellent organisation are essential. Prior experience with Viewpoint or a comparable document management system is highly beneficial.

The Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of £32,000-£40,000, depending on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday, with an early finish each week on Friday. Further information on benefits and the wider package can be provided upon request.
