Honeycomb is delighted to partner with an Independent Financial Advisory practice based in Dundrum, Ireland, to recruit for a Life & Pension Administrator. The role is full time and permanent.

The Role:
The Employee Benefits Administrator will support the Portfolio Director to carry out a range of administrative tasks such as:

  • Scheme Administration: Process new business, member updates (joiners/leavers), and renewals for Auto Enrolment, Group Risk, and Health insurance.
  • Client & Provider Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for queries, working with consultants and insurers.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate member data, documentation, and records.
  • Compliance: Ensure all schemes meet legal requirements and compliance documentation is up to date.
  • Reporting: Assist with compiling market reviews, reports, and pension governance information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5+ years working within employee benefits, group risk, or pensions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (and experience with CRM systems
  • Qualifications: QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume workloads.
