Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a leading global law firm in Belfast with the recruitment of a Temporary Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to join their dynamic and fast-paced team on a 12-week contract, with the possibility of extension.

The Job
You will provide high-level executive and personal support to senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily activities within a busy corporate legal environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/EA who thrives in a professional, fast-moving setting. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.

The Role
* Provide comprehensive executive and personal assistant support to senior stakeholders
* Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
* Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
* Prepare, format, and amend legal and corporate documentation
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Screen calls, manage inboxes, and respond to correspondence on behalf of executives
* Organise meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes
* Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Support wider team administration as required

The Person
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is essential
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment is highly desirable
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, professional, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
